"Took a bit, but they made it right"
I had a problem with my order and got a little frustrated when support took longer than I expected. But once they got back to me, they sorted everything out, and I felt much better about it in the end.

"I wanted to like the website because it..."
I wanted to like the website because it looks like it could be helpful, and the overall idea seems solid. But actually using it was frustrating. It felt confusing to navigate, pages were slow to load, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. A few pages even seemed broken or like they were stuck loading forever, so I ended up giving up quickly. Hopefully they smooth things out, because with a cleaner layout and faster pages, it could be a lot better.

The packaging arrived damaged, which was really disappointing. I felt kind of trapped because once it showed up like that, I didn’t know whether to go through the hassle of returning it or just deal with it. Not the experience I was hoping for.

"Pretty good selection overall"
I found a nice mix of products on servescape and was able to get most of what I needed. A couple of things were out of stock, which was a bit annoying, but you still have plenty to choose from. Overall, the selection is solid.

"Plant showed up in rough shape"
My plant arrived looking bad, with yellow leaves and soil that was way too soggy. A couple of the stems were already mushy, so it felt like it had been sitting in poor conditions for a while. Not saying it’s a scam, but this definitely wasn’t what I thought I was paying for. Disappointing experience overall

"Wrong plants arrived"
I ordered a specific set of plants, but what showed up wasn’t what I picked. I reached out expecting someone to help fix it, but it felt like nobody really cared. Disappointing experience.

"Am I the only one who had delivery..."
Am I the only one who had delivery be a little hit or miss? One of my orders showed up late, which was annoying, but it did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t the worst experience.

"Plants showed up in really rough shape"
I was disappointed when the plants arrived. They were wilted right out of the box, and they just looked poor quality overall. I was expecting something healthier, especially after waiting for them to show up. A couple of them looked almost dead, and the packaging didn’t seem to help much either. Not a great experience

I reached out to support and they replied really fast, which I appreciate. It’s just nice when a company does the decent thing and doesn’t leave people waiting around...

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
I dunno, the prices just felt a bit high for what I actually got. The service was fine, nothing really wrong there, but overall it didn’t feel like the best value compared to other places I’ve tried...
